REMEMBER !

When we think about the PAST and PRESENT TOGETHER, we normalny use the PRESENT PERFECT.

To make the Present Perfect use: have/ has and the past participle

Example :
AFFIRMATIVE (+) : The rain has stopped .

QUESTION (?) : Has the rain stopped ?

NEGATIVE (-) :
The rain hasnt stopped .

Note the difference between gone and been in present perfect sentences:

GONE BEEN

They have gone to France. They are in They have been to France. They are now at
