ROXUL 1000 Series Industrial Hose
ROXUL 1000 Series offers 2 types of industrial hose, ST and
VN. They are flexible, self-stretching, durable and extremely
lightweight. VN-H is specifically designed as a heavy duty duct.
Service temperature range from -5C to 90C for internal

ROXUL 2013 Industrial Hose
ROXUL 2013 Industrial Hose is constructed of fire-retardant
silicone coated fabric which is mechanically interlocked by a
corrosion resistant metal spiral helix. Service temperature
range from -60C to 260C for internal hose. bending and overall compression forces without leakage.
Applications
The lightweight, abrasion retardant and highly resilient grey-
colored hose is commonly used in demanding industrial and
marine environments. 2013 is designed to convey air, fumes,
dust, mist and gases where extremely high or low temperature
resistance is required.

ROXUL Ventflex Flexible Duct
ROXUL Ventflex is a semi-rigid, flexible aluminium duct
constructed using a unique interlocking seam. This
interlocking system is extremely strong yet permits both
for thermal insulation, fire protection and sound reduction/

ROCKWOOL ThermalRock S
ROCKWOOL ThermalRock S stone wool is made of basalt, a
volcanic stone and non-combustible product with a melting
point of approximately 1000C. They are particularly suitable

of thicknesses and densities to suit most requirements,

ROCKWOOL RockTech SPI
ROCKWOOL RockTech SPI is made of basalt, a volcanic
stone and non-combustible product with a melting point of
approximately 1000C. The product is supplied as one piece
section of convenient length. Slit along the longitudinal axis
for ease of application, the sections readily snap closed into
position over the pipe. The sections are moulded to ensure a
firm fit around the piping and the outer surface is ground to
ensure the correct insulation thickness is achieved.
Applications
ROCKWOOL RockTech SPI is suitable for both hot and cold
piping to conserve energy, maintain process temperature,
provide personnel protection, prevent condensation, and to
reduce noise emission.

Accessories
Flexible Connector CP108
CP108 Flexible Connector is made from a lightweight fiber-
glass fabric coated with silicone on both sides. CP 108 is
used for fan inlet connections in mechanical ventilation and
air conditioning in building applications. Other applications
include removable insulation covers, flange shield and smoke
curtains. Operating temperature up to 408oC.
Reaction to fire: Rated as Class O material and tested to
BS476 Part 6: 1988 and Part 7: 1997 under the requirement of
FSSB.
Insulation Pins
Insulation pins of alloy materials used for hot and cold
insulation works. Pins come with perforated square base and
matching washers and are convenient to use and fast bonding
when used with self-adhesive sticker on base plate or with
insulation pin adhesive.
Fibre Glass Fabric
Fibre Glass Fabric is a lightweight continuous filament fabric
commonly used for laminating or encapsulating insulation
wool in the HVAC, industrial and marine industries. It is
economical, lightweight and flexible which enables the fabric
to be wrapped around uneven surfaces. The fabric acts as
a finishing material that prevents insulation fibres from
exposure to the environment.

Nipokote Bitumen Emulsion Adhesive
Nipokote is a non-fibrated, stable, water-borne bitumen emul-
sion. It is a non-flammable, non-odour and taint-free bonding
agent between insulation materials and
air conditioning ducts.
Glass Fibre Black Tissue
Glass Fibre Black Tissue is used for thermal insulation
panels, providing both vapour barrier and thermo-acousti-
cal performance. It is also an excellent facing for insula-
tion of air condition ductwork where a good black appear-
ance is required.
Duct / Hose Clamp
Duct / Hose clamps are designed for fastening hose
and ducting connections in a wide range of applications
including air conditioning, industrial, marine and hydraulic
hoses.
