Programme Management: Strategic development of 2 UNV Country Programmes, including budget
management, resource planning, M&E, and application of the UNs results based management systems.
Capacity Building: Provided technical guidance and training to regional Iraqi Government, UNDP Iraq and
local NGOs to establish a management platform and associated 3-year strategic plan,
Grant Management: Implemented and managed 2 post-tsunami support projects with local Indonesian
NGOs; the two projects received funding of around US$800k and US$650k.
Voluntary Service Overseas
Donor Compliance: Managed a VSO Southeast Asia regional livelihoods and food security programme with
a budget of over US$2.5M from multiple donors, including DfID and the EU,
Fundraising: Secured a funding partnership (over US$100K) with a USA charity,
Monitoring and Evaluation: Completed a major evaluation of VSOs biggest country programme; the
recommendations shaped and guided VSO strategy at country and global levels.

Partnership Development: Increased the number of organisations partnering with CertiSource by 300%,
Programme Quaility: Improved and created management processes and systems to achieve ISO
management and quality system accreditation,
Stakeholder Consultation: Developed policy documents after extensive stakeholder consultation
undertaken in compliance with international best practices in stakeholder engagement (ISEAL).
