GDT Names Vinod Muthuswamy as New President

GDT today announced Vinod Muthuswamy has been named President, effective immediately. As
President, Muthuswamy will have responsibility for all of the companys operating units worldwide
including the extensive engineering and field delivery resources throughout the United States.

Muthuswamy has been named President, effective immediately. As President, Muthuswamy will have
responsibility for all of the company's operating units worldwide including the extensive engineering and
field delivery resources throughout the United States. He will report directly to founder and CEO JW
Roberts.

Muthuswamy, 39, is a 17-year veteran of the IT industry. Prior to his role as President of GDT,
Muthuswamy served as president of GDT Advanced Solutions, a Managed Services organization and
wholly-owned subsidiary of GDT. As President of GDT Advanced Solutions, Muthuswamy led a group
of over 100 consultants, engineers, solution architects, and sales resources, delivering services across a
broad set of vertical markets. During his time as President of GDT Advanced Solutions, Muthuswamy
grew the top line 588% in total contract value while expanding service offerings into Hybrid IaaS, Cloud
Consumption Services, Advanced Autonomics and Digital Labor.

GDT Advanced Solutions has been absorbed under the GDT Managed Services Group following
Muthuswamy's move into his role as President of GDT.

A Proven Industry Leader

Prior to joining GDT Advanced Solutions, Muthuswamy served as Chief Technology Officer of 3Qube
Technologies. At 3Qube, Muthuswamy focused on the development of 3Qube's Service and Solutions
portfolio, driving innovation in technology and operations.

Before his time at 3Qube, Muthuswamy served as Vice President of Managed Services and Cloud
Services for NEC Corporation of America (NEC). In this role, Vinod lead an organization both in the
U.S. and overseas that consisted of more than 200 consultants, engineers, solution architects, and
developers that served enterprise and public sector customers. Under his leadership, NEC's
award-winning, Gartner recognized Managed and Support Services business experienced a significant
and profitable growth year-over-year and represented more than $100 million in annual revenue.
