Tam directed to refer to this Ministry's letter No. 5-5/2014-BE(NBMMP) dated 30.06.2014 and to convey approval of the competent authority for allocation of physical target for setting up of family type biogas plants during the year 2017-18 under the National Biogas and Manure Management Programme (NBMMP) for the designated SNDs/SNAs, KVIC and BDTCs. The State/Ageney-wise/ BDTC-wise allocation of physical targets for setting up of biogas plants including targets under SC/ST Components are given in Annexure-I and allocation of physical targets for conducting various training courses is given at Annexure-II. 2. The SNDs/SNAs/KVIC/BDTCs etc. are requested to take up the implementation of the scheme as per the above mentioned Guidelines/Administrative Approval dated 30.06.2014 during the year 2017-18 Uill further communication. The copies the above mentioned administrative approval have already been circulated to all and being enclosed herewith for ready reference. 3. Alll concerned SNAs/SNDS/KVIC/BDTCs are requested to take immediate steps for achieving the targets in full as allocated with ensuring quality construction, commissioning and proper functioning of plants as per same guidelines, terms and conditions as communicated vide this Ministry's letter No. 5- 5/2014-BE(NBMMP) dated 30.06.2014. 4.
