1. In all of your companys rules and regulations, is there an instance that some of the employees are
not following it? Why?

Yes, sometimes some of our employees disobeyed our rules. For example in our office hours, some of them
using social media or online games instead of doing their work, they are doing that because they are bored or
maybe because they are just an irresponsible employee.

2. Is there a situation that other people tried to take over the control of your company? If yes, what
are your actions? If no, what kind of preventive measures does your company have?

No, no one attempt to take over the control of our company because we are just a small business compare to
other advertising company, we are just a small fish in this business world.

3. Which good governance model do you use?

Anglo US model
Japanese model
German model

If none, which model would you prefer to apply?

In our company we dont usually use Good Governance Model because just like what I have said we are just a
small business. Only large businesses usually use that kind of models, but if we would to apply some model in
Good Governance, I would choose the Anglo-US model because of its key players that I have read in your
handout. It is the management, directors and shareholders; they will make the company less complicated.

4. Have you ever experience Principal Agent issues? If yes, can you give us some information about
it? If no, what prevention techniques you might apply?

Principal agent issue, no we have never experienced it because our company is just a small business so its
easy to manage and locate if there is a problem, so that I guess no one have ever attempt.

5. Do you see yourself as an ethical leader? If yes, how do you make ethical decisions in the
company?

As a manager I see myself as an ethical leader? Yes of course, I make sure that all my decisions will be good
that would benefit to our company and it cannot affect the companys service.

6. How would you define (CSR) Corporate Social Responsibility?

Corporate Social Responsibility is our companys concern to the people particularly in our country and the
ambient to the operation of our company and also concerning to our products and services.
