 PREFACE

To become the part of a reputable institution has always been wish of each and every student.
Learning frequently and rapidly is every day aspect of ASCC. Also the learning becomes more
effective when some practical works and exercises are assigned to the students, which ultimately
help them to groom up in a more professional way.

In view of this I have done almost three months internship in ASCC, I am very thankful to
Mr. Badar Fyyaz, Principle of ASCC who helped me in order to complete this internship report.
He has not only guided me how to cope up with my work but also helped me by giving important
tips whenever I was stuck in some problems. In the end I must say that it was a healthy exercise
and experience for me and I learned a lot from it.

 Introduction
Al-Samad College of Commerce (ASCC) was founded in 1999. Professor Rashid Ahmed Qasmi
is the principle of ASCC. This college has over 340+ students. It is situated at Bhimber Azad
Kashmir near Habib Bank Limited. From 6th to MA students are getting education in it. Almost
every year ASCC gets position in Mirpur Board. This is all about the teaching way of teachers.
ASCC has 3 campuses in Bhimber. These campuses are according to new design and have very
good furniture for teachers and students.

ASCC believe in developing its students as a person and professional, this balance is achieved
through rigorous training, careful personality development and extensive industrial exposure.
Our participants can work according to the industrial standards, beyond the speed of
technological change, yet be mindful of the ethical and cultural ideals.

We see our students as Discoverers, Producers, Packagers, and Purveyors of Knowledge and

STRENTHS:

Highly qualified faculty.

Highly reputable institution in the territory of Bhimber.
Modern computer lab.
Located in the center of the city.

WEAKNESSES:

ASCC has space constraints as for as the land at which the campus is situated.
Few PhD faculties.

OPPORTUNITIES:

Students can get internship/training in the College.

Faculty is easily available due to high education rate in Bhimber.

THREATS:

Following are threats for ASCC:

New Colleges are opening in the locality, which may become threat for ASCC in future.
New Government policies.

 How Experience Impacts My Career

This 3-months internship will help me to work in the future in any organization in more
effective way.
This practical exposure will definitely help me to understand how to work in the
organization and also that how the organizational environment affects the intake of new
employees.
Along with its how to move in the organization and how to develop relations in the
organization will be definitely help me.
Overall it was a healthy experience for me in a professional organization.

 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Educational institutes are playing important role in the national progress and strengthening the
country. As it is obligatory for all Muslim (whether men or women) to get education, ASCC is
committed at providing quality education without discrimination with an emphasis to fulfill this
obligation. Currently it is imparting education to over 400 students. A student from any area,
sect, race, caste or religion may join ASCC. The ASCC has two campuses one is for boys and
other is for girls, both are well furnished and has very good environment for students.

 CONCLUSION

ASCC has a dynamic environment with strong relationship amongst the employees. It
normally prefers individual task outcomes, and evaluates the performance of its employees to
identify the training and development needs, performance rewards and employees correction.

In conclusion I would like to say that I have selected the ASCC, I have done my internship in
both campuses. Overall this experience of 3-months internship will help me a lot in
future. It was a very nice experience overall to be a part of an organization for a limited
period of time.
