agencyheadonlyreportstoPrimeMinister,notanswerabletotheIndianParliamentinanywayas
comparedtootherwesternintelligenceagencies.

itsrecentformation,theagencywentresponsibleforthecollectionandinterpretationofintelligencefor
sensitiveconcernsofFrance.

TheAgencyhasnotfamousasotherintelligenceagenciesbutclaimedthatithasprevented15terror
attacksinFrancewithapersonnelof5000itworksundertheSafeguardServiceofFrenchGovernment
andhasbeenplacedonseventhnumberinourlist.
8.AustralianSecretIntelligenceService(ASIS),Australia
TheAustralianSecretIntelligentService(ASIS)agencyhasbeenfoundedin1951bytheexecutive
poweroftheCommonwealth,themissionofASISisProtectandpromoteAustraliasvitalinterests
throughtheprovisionofuniqueforeignintelligenceservicesasdirectedbyGovernment.

IntelligenceagencyofAustraliaisalsolinedupintopintelligenceagenciesof2015asithaswidehold
onintelligenceallovertheworldwithitsdispersepersonnel.Thereweremanycontroversiesinthe
ASIShowever,ithasbeenresolvedwithconversionofitintoastatuarybody.
9.MinistryofStateSecurity(MSS),China
TheMinistryofStateSecurity(MSS)istheintelligencesecurityagencyofthePeoplesRepublicof
China,theheadquarterslocatedneartheMinistryofPublicSecurityofthePeoplesRepublicofChinain
BeijingTheagencyhasbeenresponsibleforcounterintelligence,politicalsecurityandfaroff
intelligence.

MSSisworkingparalleltothepublicsecuritybureausbuthasnonstatesecuritymattersoften
collaboratebothforthelargeextent.TheAgencywasestablishedin1937whichhasbeenfoundedin
1949byCommunistPartofChina,collectedantitheticalinformationforcivilwarinChina.
