The danger for not getting enough sleep

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahiwabarakatuh, thanks to my English lecturer, Pn. Balkkis bt.


Abdul Aziz and dear fellow friends. My speech on this very cheerful morning is about the
danger for not getting enough sleep.Enough sleep is a very important aspect in our life and the
things that must be done every day.If this matter taken lightly by all segments of society,
especially for young people will continue the struggle to be abandoned by our ministers, various
dangers or disadvantages if bedtime is ignored and not taken suppression.

Lecturer and dear friends,


One of the dangers that can I list is exhausted. Fatigue can be categorized into two. One is
tired of the body for a day of hard work. Moreover, the second category is tired of thinking .This
happened during the day we have to use our brain to think.The issue to be emphasized here is
that if we feel fatigue or lethargy should get enough rest or sleep .If it is left and not taken
appropriate action, most likely to other illnesses such as irritable arise as to the things that
simple. The conclusion,if we feel tired, immediately get enough sleep.

In addition, other dangers if we do not get enough sleep is associated with weight gain. This
is because the production of certain hormones are more likely to send mixed signals to
body.This will trick your body into believing that it needs food or hunger, and with it the chance
to eat more.As a result , lack of sleep can be cause becomes increasingly more weight.

Next, another danger is death. This is because, chronic bodies stripped not only have a
shorter life expectancy but also tend to have a more significant problem in along the way.Not
enough sleep will cause dangerous accident and can lead to death.

Heart disease is one of the consequences of not maintaining sleep properly. A hormone that
increases the stress response more and more and finally the birth of heart disease in us.
Therefore, we must take immediate measures to prevent the disease from appearing in us.

Ladies and Gentlemen,


Other hazards which may arise is that one tends to sleep more .tThis is due to lack of sleep
by turning a person to relax without doing any activities because our body was very tired. Sleep
can also affect your daily activities if we can not control it.

In conclusion, the various dangers and disadvantages can be registered due to lack of sleep
in daily life. God had arranged our live very nice.So , let us not change what has been arranged
by God for the many evils contained behind it Thats all from me, thank you.
