Genesis:

Why did God allow slavery in Abrahams household?

Why didnt God condemn incest when Abraham married his sister?
Why did God let Jacob have 4 wives, 2 of whom are Jacobs cousins?

Why did God overlook Abrahams sin (lying), Jacobs sin (cheating, tricking his father) and
bless them? Maybe because they still revere God and that is more important?

God can predict the future: he can see, apart from Noah and his families, that no one else
was innocent. Why did he bother to send a flood while he can just bring Jesus to Earth to
save the world the world that was destroyed by the flood?

Joseph bowed down to Jacob. Is bowing down reserved for God only?

Why did Jacob in his dying breath compare his sons to animals and trees? They are surely
more superior than the latter! Is that a form of idolizing?

The Rock of Israel = God?

Believing that the dead went to the next world in their physical bodies, the Egyptians
embalmed bodies to preserve them so they could function in the world to come not a
Christian belief. Why would Joseph let the Egyptians embalm his father? Does that mean he
compromised his Christian belief?

Exodus:

Exodus 4:24. Why did God want to kill Moses? Because he hadnt circumcised his son

Exo 11:10. If God said he would harden Pharaohs heart, then would that mean He
overruled his free will? Firstborns are killed because of Pharaohs hardened heart.

Why did God tell Moses that the Israelites were to celebrate only 3 days but He intended for
the Israelites to move permanently?

Exo 21: 21 Why did God allow slavery even after He gave the Israelites the 10
Commandments? Eye for eye in judging? Does that justify revenge?
