2. Visa
o Upon request, successful participants will be issued a Letter of Invitation from AKC and
AFoCo stating the status of their participation after background check. Participants may use
the Letter of Invitation in their visa acquisition process.
o AKC and AFoCo will not provide Visa Letters and are not responsible for any participants
visa into Korea and Indonesia.
4. Code of Conduct
o Participants hereby certify that upon completion of the application process, all information
submitted is truthful and accurate. Participants understand that falsification of any information
provided will disqualify him or her from participation in AKC and AFoCo, and falsification of
information or impersonation will result in legal actions.
o Participants agree that all materials produced for Workshop will be original work. Plagiarism
will not be tolerated at AKC and AFoCo, and should AKC and AFoCo discover instances of
plagiarism, the individual will be disqualified from the program.
o Participants are expected and obliged to obey the laws of Republic of Korea and Republic of
Indonesia while participating in Workshop.
o Participants understand with full assumption of risk and acknowledge that AKC and AFoCo,
and its members, officers, elected representatives and employees do not assume any
responsibility for the conduct and activities of any participant outside of the scope of the
program. All participants will be asked to leave when in violation of Workshop guidelines.
