Dear Senators and Chiefs of Staff of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee:

Meet the people who will make the decisions how to exercise fiduciary duty as ExxonMobil faces likely debt default,
insolvency and bankruptcy, precipitated by oil prices declining incessantly, driven down by a glut and desperation to
survive self-inflicted hemorrhaging in a war over revenues and market share from the equally desperate Saudis.

What does laissez-faire' look like? Surely, you want to know how they would act in the face of debt default, insolvency
and bankruptcy! Will the Board of Directors and Officers of ExxonMobil act in the National Interest and Public Interest, or
will their fiduciary duty conflict and override? How close is ExxonMobil to going over the brink of financial disaster?

Subpoena them individually or collectively to testify before your ENR Committee, and ask them the tough questions.

Sincerely yours,
Doug Grandt
