Capital. Previously joining Argent Capital LLC, Lex had a
bright career in government research, tax, financial
analysis and marketing for nearly 30 years. He is currently
working for the overall structural and regulatory
development of the company undertaking the
responsibility of diagnosing and valuating the fiscal health
of LLCs client organizations to ensure healthy and
successful transactions.

Association where he takes active participation in the Tax and
Estate Planning section of ABA. His career as an entrepreneur
included his service as a government affairs manager at

president of the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce. In addition
