Recommendation

After observing Carl Reynolds I recommend that in Carl Reynolds physical development

his family members should cherish his maturity and boost his self-esteem by giving him good

compliments. This would help him as well as encourage Carl to seek a girlfriend which would

lead into fixing his emotional state. I found him to be a little depressed. He should find himself

doing more self-worth activities. Not so much on the computer and other things such as the T.V

and gaming consoles. While in his philosophical stage I encourage him to stay active in his

community because it will bring him good responsibility skills in life. Socially I encourage him

to start being more independent and as the parents should help him seek out a job. Also that he

should hang out with his friends so he will not be as awkward around them or others when it

comes to making new friends. I recommend him in his intellectual skills that he should be more

aware of the real world factors in which common sense is used. Also I highly emphasize that his

family should be more involved in his school. Therefore, I see great potential Carl Reynolds

future as long as my recommendations are taken in consideration.
