Handling all day to day operations of a $ 10 Million residential real estate portfolios focusing on high end villas
and farm houses in Delhi NCR region with accountability for all planning/ budgeting, marketing, liaison, vendor
management and time management. Formulate contracting and purchasing policies, develop execution plan
and prioritization for timely delivery of projects.
Main accomplishments:
Completed high end villas (04 nos.) in record time of 14 months. Assured timely installation &
commissioning of imported items from Schco, Ingersoll Rand, Villeroy & Boch, Kholer.
Created and executed project plans, reviewing plans regularly to ensure timely achievement of tasks and
milestones.
Finalized agreements with all key subcontractors relating to construction and maintenance work, providing
guaranteed response times at no extra charge, reducing average completion time by 2% per building.
Consolidated nearly 40% of contractors, negotiating long term agreements, drawing response times for
services, reducing average budgeted expenses by 18%.
Build and maintained productive relationships with a wide range of people in addition to team, including

Completed prestigious project of Batching, Mixing and Supply of 100 Thousand Cum of Ready Mix Concrete
of various grades and pumping to various locations for 31 story MCD Civic Centre in New Delhi for client, a
Malaysian Giant, IJM Corporation Berhad. This included managing machines and manpower for work
accomplishment as per client's schedule, timely submission of RA bills and drawing out payments on behalf
of company. The project was worth $2.187 Million.
Timely completion of Delhi Metro Rail project in New Delhi of Batching, Mixing and Supply of Ready Mix
Concrete of various grades and pumping to various locations especially in tunnels. Alpine HCC JV executed
Airport Metro Express Line project.
Led resource mobilization apart from overall administration of the Project. Liaison with clients for day to day
working and progress of site. Liaison with various Banks for availing banking facilities required for projects as
Bank guarantees, LC, Loans, and Machinery Finance. Spearheaded business development team, meeting new
clients, giving presentations, searching new projects for company.
