1. Strengthen linkages with Taiwan and China in order to get their support in updating our
books, improving our physical classroom facilities and financial assistance in our
operational expenses.
2. Enrich relationship with alumni and receive support on the implementation of policies
that are not clear to the employee.
3. Provide teachers with trainings and seminars as part of the privileges offered by China to
make them more equipped globally in academic competencies. In return, this will reduced
the fast turnover of teachers will be more responsible and dedicate to the institution.
