AFFIDAVIT of NON-OPERATION

I, Mr. Eugene Krab, of legal age, single, and a resident of Bikini

Bottom, after having sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose
and state that:

1) I am the registered business owner of KRUSTY KRAB which was

established since then with the purpose of producing mouth-
watering Krabby Patties;

2) However, said business never operated and consequently never

realized any profit due to the following reasons;

3) First, my fry cook, Spongebob Squarepants, resigned and my other

staff Squidward could not take over;

4) Second, all my vaults are full;

5) Finally, I no longer want to compete with Plankton and his Chum

Bucket restaurant;

6) I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

statements to inform the proper authorities concerned, and for
whatever legal purpose this may serve.
