Hershey West End is committed to meeting
the Smart Growth Principles already
adopted by Dauphin County
and Derry Township.
The project is intended to be a mixed-
use neighborhood that could include
residential, retail, entertainment, hotel, and
office space to support the needs
of the greater Hershey area.
An early phase of the development is
expected to include medical offices,
expansion of U-Gro, and conversion of the
existing barn to an entertainment venue
called, The Englewood.
Grace United Methodist Church is also
contemplating a collaborative effort to
develop senior-oriented housing adjacent
to their church.
Participants will have an opportunity to
view maps and illustrations and discuss
initial ideas about Hershey West End
directly with development team members.
In addition to Hershey Trust Company,
participants will include Grace United
Methodist Church, U-Gro Learning Center,
Penn State Health Bike Share, Farmers
Market of Hershey, and The Englewood.

Hershey West End will provide Future phases could include rental flats,
approximately 50% open/public space. dining, retail, a natural grocer, and housing.

Hershey Trust Company, which is committed to the responsible development, management, and long-term
success of this project, is hosting the event. We look forward to a productive conversation, which will be
incorporated in our planning as we move forward in the approval process. Light refreshments will be provided.
