I am an enthusiastic and hard working individual with strong interpersonal skills as well as being a
great team-worker. I am motivated to get everything done to its absolute best and I also love to see
and help other people achieve their goals. I am dedicated and will never stop until the job is
complete and I am very determined when it comes to challenges. I volunteer and perform various
events such as ice-shows and events at the ice arena and I like to take part in whatever I can. At

ICE MARSHALL, PARTY HOST AND STAFF

First time casual position, involving ice marshalling, party hosting and general work around the work where providing
great customer service is essential.

Achievements and Contributions:

Customer Service: I provide great customer service by creating a friendly and exciting environment for people of all
ages to enjoy. I make sure everyone has the best time possible but I can also solve problems in an orderly manner to
ensure that people want to come back again.

Cleaning: Attended to shift cleaning duties including general cleaning, rubbish removal and floor mopping to ensure
the area is nice and clean to provide good customer service.

First Aid: I have taken part in helping out with various accidents that take place on the ice and make sure the patient is
treated to in a calm and orderly manner to make sure they get the best treatment possible.

Worked with Special Needs: During my time at the ice arena I have not only had the opportunity to work with a
variety of different people of all ages and personalities but also people with special needs. I have worked with a group
of visually impaired children, Autistic children and adults and even the adults in wheelchairs.

PERSONAL TRAINER
TRAINED GIRL FOR SCHOOL CROSS-COUNTRY.

Seasonal job for when her cross country comes up and I train her in order for her to be successful in her school cross
country.

Achievements and Contributions:

Customer Service: I provided the girl with lessons every Monday for about an hour and a half, of full on effective
training and a fun environment to both allow her to train hard and have a good time.

Results: This training resulted in her winning her school cross country and being selected for inter school where she
placed 3rd out of around 30 kids.
VOLUNTEER PLACEMENTS:

Yearly: Clean up Australia Day and Planting Trees:

Provide help on a yearly basis both in school and out of school by collecting as much rubbish as I can find to help keep
our Earth clean.

2014/2015/2016: Ice Skating Demonstrations:

I have volunteered at various pop up ice arenas such as Winter Garden and Winterland as well as the stable indoor ice
arenas to be able to show everyone what I love to do and promote my sport. I put hours into these shows and I have
volunteered in them all.

2013/2014: Volleyball Referee:

I have refereed various volleyball games as a volunteer.

2016: Starlight foundation:

I recently volunteered and performed a demonstration at a Starlight Foundation Hockey match to raise funds towards the
Starlight foundation.
