Okefenokee Toastmasters club congratulates club president 2016-
2017, Wayne Caffarel (left), who has completed Toastmasters In-
ternational's Competent Communicator manual for the second time.
All individual awards assisted the club in achieving the goal of Pres-
idents Distinguished Club for 2016-2017. Wayne has been a mem-
ber of Toastmasters for 4 years and has achieved the levels of Ad-
vanced Communicator Gold and Advanced Leader Bronze. He
serves as Sergeant-at-Arms for Friendly City Toastmasters in Tifton
and also as Toastmasters Ambassador for a new Toastmasters edu-
cation program which will be implemented in our region in 2018.
In photo below, Wayne inducted the new club officers for 2017 2018
on June 21st. From left to right are new president, Dennis OCon-

Angelo James; and VP Public Relations, Janice Williams.
