Narrative The above listed subject was issued two Uniform Traffic Tickets after patrol
observed the listed vehicle traveling South on Elm Street, make an improper left
turn from the inner most lane to the outer most lane on Market Street. The
listed subject was found to have a suspended NYS drivers license. NYSP canine
assisted patrols on scene and the listed subject and her passenger were found
to be in possession of a small amount of cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
