from first year to fourth year and graduated with a leadership award at Aurelio

the career. She is a varsity player since high school. She loves sport, specifically,
table tennis.
Being in the journey of the said program is a privilege for her to continue
studying than to stop. God has a plan for everything. She may not understand it
presently working at the office of local housing board / fihai at Imus City Hall. She

ABSTRACT
This study is specifically concerned with the employment factors and loan
Division of Bacoor. This study has two major purposes: (1) to determine the
aspects that motivate the public secondary school teachers to engage in loan
practices (2) to identify the issues met by the public secondary school teachers in
receiving their salary and benefits. The study was conducted in the Philippines at
the City Schools Division of Bacoor, Bacoor City, Cavite. Two hundred teachers
served as subjects in this study to gathered data that can be useful in this
study. Respondents filled in a form / indicated their preferences and rated each
item accordingly. Responses were made on a 5-point Likert scales ranging from

On the basis of the results of this research, it can be concluded that the
major aspect that motivated the public secondary school teachers in the Division

shall assign the highest budgetary priority to education and ensure that teaching
will attract and retain the rightful share of the best available talents through
