The overall objective of the KP District Governance Community Development Programme, (EU funded) of which this
project will be a part is to: build responsiveness and effectiveness of the State to restore citizen trust; stimulate
employment and livelihood opportunities; and ensure the delivery of basic services. The project shall be
implemented in 6 districts of Malakand Division (Malakand, Chitral, Shangla, Swat, Upper Dir and Lower Dir).

Administration Management

Oversee the smooth flowing of routine, administrative work of the CDLDP offices.
Ensure all administrative policies are in compliance with Pakistan Laws.
Ensure adherence to all CDLD administrative procedures by support staff.
Advise management on alterations and new policies when necessary.
Prepared and implement guidelines for support functions.
Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of the office equipment and other facilities.
Ensure timely payments to all vendors.
Developed Inventory Management System and modified it on a time to time basis.
Supervise the management of transport official / Rented Vehicles.
Ensure proper duty roaster is prepared for all support staff.
Responsible for all travel arrangements for CDLD staff. Ensure all travelers needs are met in regards
to flights, tickets, information etc.
Ensure that all administration related files are properly maintained

Save the Children, Kathmandu, Nepal Earth Quake Response

In the year 2015 Save the Children in Nepal responded to one of the worst natural disasters (Earth Quake of
7.8 Magnitude) in the country known as Nepal Earth Quake Response. I was on the key role of a Logistician in
the program and am responsible for the complete supply chain management.
Supply Chain Management
Responsible for the co-ordination of all the programme supply logistics, including the
implementation of activities in line with Save the Children International policies for logistic procurement,
warehousing, supply and stock management.
Building on existing supply knowledge of Save the Children in Nepal, utilizing procurement tracking
and supplier database tools to address the procurement needs efficiently.
Facilitating and implementing the programme plans for the Earthquake response, including
procurement and international/regional shipping, domestic transit and transportation, warehousing and
distribution.
Advising and guiding the logistics officers and programme officers on the recording of distribution
and use of supplies and services to ease reporting.
Oversight of onward transport of any freight or purchased goods to field bases, including trucking
contracts, record keeping (waybills), and any related liaison with government and other agencies.
Save the Children, Sierra Leone Ebola Response

In the year 2014 Save the Children in Sierra Leone responded to one of the most devastating and deadliest
viruses known to man (EBOLA) known as the Sierra Leone EBOLA response. I was on the key role of a

Save the Children, Philippines Haiyan Humanitarian Response
