SUPPLIMENTARY AGREEMENT (PLOT)

This agreement is made aton Dtbetweeen the GUJARAT INDUSTRIAL
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION having its head office at Udhyog bhavan, Gandhinagar (hereinafter referred yo as THE
CORPORATE which expression shall unless the context does not so admit, includes its successors and asslgness)of the

Having been allotted to the Licensee, has exeuted the lease dead on.

(hereinafter referred to as The said Licence Agreement ) and the occupled the said plot on the terms and conditions
speclfied in the said licence agreement.

AND WHEAREAS with the previous consent of the corporation, as conveyed to the licensee under letter No.

Licensee has transferred his interest under and benefits of the said licence Agreement to the Transferree by a DEED OF
ASSIGNMENT on Dtd made between the

Transferree and the Licencee.

And WHEREAS the Corporation has given the aforesaid consent on condition that the transferree shall
execute an agreement with the corporation accepting the terms and conditions of the said licence Agreement .

NOW THEREFORS It is hereby agreed by and between the parties hereto as under

(1) The transferree as successors of the licensee accepted the terms and conditions of the said licence agreement
And undertakes to full fill the said terms and conditions.
(2) The transferree shall pay to the Corporation the outstanding capital value of RS
With interest at the rate of 18% per annum. The payment will be made by .
Quarterly / half yearly installment each installment being of Rs. .........

(3) With effect from the rights and libities of the Licensee under. The licensee Under the

For the water requirement of more than 50,000 Lit/day, even if he falls to consume water to the extent
mentioned above. He would pay water charges for the quantity equal to 70% of the above-agreed quantity
irrespective of consumptior.the water charges would be payable at the rates as may be fixed by the cororation
frm time to time and on his failure to pay the minimum charges, the agreement would be terminated.
