DEED OF EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT

WITH SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY/AUTHORITY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Extrajudicial Settlement with Special Power of Attorney/Authority is

entered by and between the only Heirs of the late FLAVIO B. TICONG, namely:

1. EDITHA B. TICONG, surviving spouse;

2. JOMAR B. TICONG, son, single;
3. MARYJOY B. TICONG, daughter, single, and a resident of No. 94 Corpuz St.,West
Tapinac, Olongapo City, Philippines, and herein represented by her brother, JOMAR
B. TICONG, by virtue of Special Power of Attorney entered as Doc No. 418, Page No.
85, Book No. X, series of 2016, before Notary Public Minister Moises D. Du, executed
on December 29, 2016 at Olongapo City, copy of which is hereto attached and made as
an integral part of this instrument;;
Filipinos, of legal ages, and residents of Malayo Sur, Cortes, Bohol, Philippines,
herein referred to as the HEIRS;

WHEREAS, FLAVIO B. TICONG, died intestate and without debts on February 29,
2016, at Malayo Sur, Cortes, Bohol, leaving behind the above mentioned heirs a certain
bank account as follow:

FIRST CONSOLIDATED BANK- CORTES BOHOL, BRANCH

SAVINGS ACCOUNT NO. 011-0201-006737-6
AMOUNT:_______________________

NOW THEREFORE, premises considered and invoking the provisions of Section 1,

Rule 74 of the Rules of Court of the Philippines the parties hereto hereby extra judicially
settle, as they have in fact extra judicially settled the above-mentioned property per bank
account by and among themselves.

THAT we hereby guarantee and undertake that FIRST CONSOLIDATED BANK-

CORTES, BOHOL, or any of its officers or employees are free from liability whatsoever.

That we hereby state further that the above mentioned account is free from any liens
and encumbrances nor mortgaged to any lending institution and private persons;

SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY/AUTHORITY

That we, JOMAR B. TICONG, son, single and MARYJOY B. TICONG, daughter,
single, and a resident of No. 94 Corpuz St.,West Tapinac, Olongapo City, Philippines, and herein
represented by her brother, JOMAR B. TICONG, by virtue of Special Power of Attorney entered
as Doc No. 418, Page No. 85, Book No. X, series of 2016, before Notary Public Minister Moises D.
Du, executed on December 29, 2016 at Olongapo City, copy of which is hereto attached and made
as an integral part of this instrument; do hereby name, constitute, and appoint our mother,
EDITHA B. TICONG, Filipino, of legal age, surviving spouse of the late Flavio B. Ticong
to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact for us and in our name, place, and stead to
do the following acts, to wit:

1. To withdraw and close the above mentioned amount from the same account at
First Consolidated Bank-Cortes , Bohol Branch under SAVINGS ACCOUNT NO. 011-0201-
006737-6, under the account name FLAVIO B. TICONG;
 2. To sign release papers or any and all papers or documents necessary or needed to
carry into effect the authority herein effect.

HEREBY GRANTING AND GIVING unto our said Attorney-in-Fact full necessary
power and authority to do and perform any and every act requisite and necessary to be
done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could
lawfully do, if personally present and, HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that
my said Attorney-in- Fact may also do or cause.
