robberyonthehighway.

ThepenaltiesforhighwayrobberyunderPD532arethefollowing:

1.)Forthecrimeitself,reclusiontemporalminimum
2.) If physical injuries or other crimes were committed during or on
occasionofthebrigandage,thepenaltyisreclusiontemporalmediumto
maximum
3.)Reclusionperpetuaisimposedifduringthecommissionofthecrime
or on its occasion the following crimes were committed: kidnapping for
ransomorextortion,murder,homicideorrape

WhatisreclusionperpetuainbothpartsofPD532usedtobethedeath
penalty,whichwasrepealedbyRA9346.
