GMC Motorhome Meetup on Belle Isle

Sunday, June 25 :: 11am to 5pm

Parking: Parallel parking along The Strand. See the map above. This area is a small pull-off area that will be
reserved especially for us. It is located directly in front of/along the Model Boat Basin.
Meeting Time: 11am to 5:00pm
Admission: $11 (without Recreation Passport)
Cost of Area Rental: $10 each vehicle. Reimburse Karen thru PayPal kbreenbo or Venmo kbreenbo@com-
cast.net). The total cost to reserve this site was $50.

What to bring: Food and drink for yourselves and anything you wish to share (not required), chairs, small table
What to eat: If youd like to try carry out, I highly recommend anything at Bucharest Grill (313-965-3111),
especially their shwarma sandwiches and hummus. They are located in a strip mall about a mile west of the
bridge on Jefferson (toward downtown).

Info: I couldnt find much online about restrictions and allowables. Alcohol is prohibited but not likely enforced
