o Project: ENI Design House

This project scope comprises of providing design house services to ENI Ltd. To prepare all instrument and
electrical related detail design documents necessary for procurement and execution of project. To supervise
construction contractors during project execution.

• Designing of Fire & Gas Detection Systems including formulation of basic philosophies, equipment and
system specifications, Layout drawings, associated cabling and control system, etc.
• Area classification for hazardous location based on relevant codes and standards.
• Sizing of pressure relief valves, control valves & flow meters.
• Preparation of Instrumentation design drawings / layouts including distribution systems, cabling, lighting,
earthing, etc. along with preparation of BOQs, specifications, data sheets, material take-offs, etc.
o Project: Review Of Design And Operational Optimization Of EPF Facility

This project is meant to enhance the gas capacity from 4MMScfd to 15MMScfd and to design a SIL 3 rated
Fire & Gas Detection System for Dehydration plant and upto 24 Wellheads with its complete control and
design philosophy by means of cause and effect matrix.
• Study and review of P&IDs for enhancements to 4MMScfd to 15MMScfd and development
equipment/instruments layouts.
• Amendment of field instruments from pneumatic to electronic with all its control loops, electronic hookups
drawings, and internal control cabinets wiring drawings, cable schedules, cable sizing and cable layout
drawings.
• Designing of Fire & Gas Detection Systems including formulation of basic philosophies, equipment and
system specifications, Layout drawings, associated cabling and control system, etc.
• Area classification for hazardous location based on relevant codes and standards.

o Project: Detail Designing For Provision Of ATG System For Shell Pakistan Ltd At Tarujabba Depot

This project scope comprises of provision of detail design documents for installation of Tank gauging system
on 05 numbers Fixed and Internal Floating Roof Storage Tanks.
Completion of Instrument and Electrical Data Sheets, Earthing Layouts, Single line Diagrams, Typical Hook-
up detail’s and Bill of Quantity.

o Project: Detail Designing For Provision Of ATG System For Bosicor Refinery Storage Tanks.

This project scope comprises of provision of detail design documents for installation of Tank gauging system
on 46 numbers Fixed, Internal Floating and External Floating Roof Storage Tanks.

o Project: Detail Designing For Provision Of Overfill Protection System For Shell Pakistan Limited at Machike
and Chaklala.

This project scope comprises of provision of detail design documents for installation of Tank gauging system
on 05 numbers Fixed and Internal Floating Roof Storage Tanks.

• The basic idea to develop a wireless communication device because the future is in wireless.
• The splendor of the project is that, all this multipoint communication just utilizes single frequency of 433
MHz i.e. maximum bandwidth utilization, and can be further expanded to handle multi channel or Spread
Spectrum technique (CDMA)
