vessel design to the industry and are now
regarded as one of Europes leading design firms. The
company has established an international reputation
for innovative and practical design of working craft
and the proven fleet grows year on year. To celebrate,

FIRST OF CLASS EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS

C
amarcs 30 Years of innovative design evolution has resulted in the latest model
for a new range; Petra 1 a 45m 30 Knot aluminium triple screw Crewboat. This
is the first of two 45m vessels to be built by Triangle Shipyard of Dubai. The
45m is the flagship of the new Camarc Crewboat range and features a newly developed
hull design to improve operator efficiencies and crew comfort. Exceeding expectations
Petra 1 achieved over 30 knots on trials offering improved efficiencies over competitors
in the market. To full BV Class with an onerous unrestricted notation there has been
no compromise in the all-aluminium structure, fit-out and systems onboard. Large
personnel, deck cargo, water and fuel capacities feature on this vessel and throughout
the new Camarc Crewboat range.

UK MOD BOAT NO. 12

H
olyhead Marine has successfully completed a 12 boat
fleet of 15m 30 Knot Camarc patrol vessels for the
UK MOD operating at the Faslane Naval Base and
surrounding areas of the Clyde. Regularly seen from the Camarc
Argyll office window this fleet escorts the MOD submarines and
naval ships and patrols the Firth of Clyde.
