SHOW CAUSE ORDER

The court has for consideration the Motion for Order to Show Cause, doc.

133. With the benefit of the Joint Stipulation of Facts, doc. 139, oral argument, see

April 14, 2017 docket entry, and the parties post-hearing briefings, see docs. 160-

1 and 164, the motion is GRANTED.

Accordingly, Sheriff Ana Franklin is ORDERED to appear for a hearing at

10:30 a.m. on June 21, 2017 at the Federal Courthouse in Decatur, Alabama, to

SHOW CAUSE why the court should not hold her in contempt for violating the

provisions of the consent decree.
