Training Need Analysis
Identifying Training needs of the employees as per the process requirement and getting training nominations of
employees through HR software.
Taking approvals of respective HODs for completion of training process.
Preparing yearly & monthly training calendars on the basis of targeted 3mandays per employee & scheduling the
trainings accordingly.
Organising & conducting in-house training programmes through internal & external trainers.
Also coordinating with various training institutes & nominate employees for external training.
Training feedback from the employees, continuous Evaluation of training programmes, informing trainers about
the feedback & effectiveness check.
Organising Training Award Function yearly & selecting the top trainers.
