I am MERCY C. MIRANDA , a permanent teacher at Gov. Mariano E. Villafuerte High

School, Camarines Sur for almost 5 years now. At present, I am pursuing my Masteral Degree at
Universidad de Sta. Isabel Major in Filipino.
In line with my goals and objectives of pursuing quality instruction to our students and
improve my professional growth, I deemed it is necessary to take this opportunity to avail the
study leave with pay given by the Department of Education in accordance with the Rule XII of
R.A. 4670 or the Magna Carta for Teachers particularly, Sections 2 and 4. This will help me a lot
to focus on my research and give me ample time to get the appropriate data desired.
