With reference to your application for admission to Course Programme (M Tech/M Des) at the Institute, you are
shortlisted for aptitude test/design aptitude test (as applicable) to the departments at the Central Lecture Hall
Complex.Those who are shortlisted for Computational and Data Science are required to report at the Department of
Computational and Data Sciences for the aptitude test and interview and those who are shortlisted for Electrical
Engineering report at the Department of Electrical Engineering.
The candidates shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the aptitude/design aptitude tests will be interviewed in
the respective departments on 18-19.4.2017 for M Tech and on 21.4.2017 for M Des.

Instructions to Candidates

1. Candidates shortlisted for Admission to M Tech programme in Nanoscience and Engineering may note that there is no aptitude test
but only interview in the Centre for Nanoscience and Engineering,. on the date and time indicated in the table above.
2. You have to come prepared to stay up to 3/4 days and make your own arrangements for stay.
3. Aptitude/design aptitude test results will be announced by the respective departments in the evening of the same day of the tests.
4. Please bring photostat copies of mark statements from SSLC onwards for verification with reference to the entries in Application
including valid GATE/CEED score card(s).
5. You are required to bring with you 2B pencil and eraser for the Test.
6. No TA/DA will be paid to the Candidates for attending interview except for SC/ST candidates.
7. For any clarification about the aptitude/design aptitude test or interview/interview schedule, contact the respective departments
through email provided in the department's website.
8. For your information on arrival at Bangalore - Indian Institute of Science is popularly called TATA INSTITUTE in Bangalore. It is
