The Author further represents that he is the author and proprietor of this Article, that he has full power to
make this Agreement on behalf of himself and his co-authors, and that this Article has not heretofore been
published in any form or manner by any third party prior hereto. It shall be the authors obligation solely to
obtain written permission and pay all fees for use of any literary or illustration materials for which rights are
held by any third party. The Author agrees to hold the GSTF Editor(s), Publisher(s) and its associates harmless
against any suit, demand, claim or recovery, finally sustained, by reason of any violation of third party
proprietary right or copyright, or any breach of third party intellectual property rights, contained in this
