VimpelCom Group consists telecommunications operators providing voice data services
through range wireless, fixed broadband technologies. Group includes companies
operating Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Georgia, Armenia, ,
Vietnam Lao territories with total population about 340 million. Group companies provide
services under "Beeline" brand. VimpelCom was first Russian company list its shares on
New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE"). VimpelCom's ADSs are listed on NYSE under symbol
"VIP".

In July 2008 VimpelCom acquired 90% stake Sotelco, company holding GSM license
. Sotelco started its commercial operations 4th May 2009.

position IT Operations Specialist.

Duties

post holder will reporting the Head IT Infrastructure.

He/she responsible maintaining monitoring integrated billing system and ensure
minimum interruption billing system elements.

Job responsibilities includes:
 Perform regular maintenance Core Network, Servers Billing System
 Ensure alarms IT its platform elements are proper timely dispatched, initial
analyze each alarm before sending related department
 Ensure trouble tickets closed after alarm fixed
 Prepare daily, weekly monthly reports
Requirements

Relevant degree Computer Science/Telecommunication Engineering

With experience IT/Billing Platform GSM Network would be advantage

Strong knowledge IT system (Linux, Unit, Microsoft Server Windows Platform)

Able perform basic configuration Cisco equipments, HP hardware

Ability learn technical concepts quickly with strong sense urgency

Ability work independently under pressure

Team oriented passionate about work
