Obtains quotations for Sub-contracts and for the materials required for the direct works, by
preparing bid packages of drawing, technical specifications etc. to ensure accurate

specification of project requirement (e.g. architectural & structural specifications, LEED
requirements).
Negotiate the price with Sub-contractors, Vendors, or Suppliers.
Preparing Sub-contract document, quotation, purchase order, and other documents related

to procurement activities.
Ensure re-measurement of Sub-contract works including agreeing variation orders, payment

certificates etc.
Responsible for measurement and checking of all work carried out under the contract and

preparation of detailed and accurate application for monthly payment.
Assist site valuation, progress claims and progress payments, VO, & finalization of accounts.

Assist monitoring cost control project budget.

Assist the preparation of Contractors Proposal & Value Engineering.
Undertaking procurement & monitoring of construction material from overseas (e.g. Japan,

Singapore, Malaysia, Turkey).
Fair knowledge of incoterms (e.g. CIF, FOB, DDU etc), requirement of shipping documents

(e.g Seaway Bill, Commercial Invoice and Packing List).
