INTRODUCTION:
Pizza Hut is the undoubted leader of the fast food industry. It has been around in the restaurant
industry from last 60 years. The co-founders of Pizza Hut were two brothers Frank and Dan Carrey
who came up with the idea in 1958 after taking 600$ as an investment from their mother. The first
branch was launched in Wichita Kansas. Afterwards it was acquitted by PepsiCo in 1977 and then
by Yum Brands by 2002.

Three hundred and fifty thousand employees currently work in Pizza Hut in over 13000 branches
spread over 130 countries and serving millions of customers daily. These branches are owned by
either the company or the individuals. Pizza Hut always try to please their guests with the best
quality, freshness of ingredients and efficient service.

From the start the Carny brothers had a vision to create affordable restaurants with best quality of
food and service. Cleanliness and values are also a significant part of their industry.

Pizza Hut has different formats of serving their customers such as, original family style, dine-in,
store front, carry out and hybrid locations. Pizza Hut is well known in the world for fulfilling the
customers requirements and expectations.

The values of Pizza Hut signify their sincerity towards the customers. Pizza Huts core value

Pizza Hut follows the Harvest program strategy, in which they donate safe and healthy leftover
and wrongly made food to the local charities. Annually 5 million pounds of food is donated to
local charities. This generous strategy by Pizza Hut in collaboration with Harvest donations has
helped to feed uncountable needy mouths.

With an average wage of 8$ Pizza hut welcomes people of all race and color to work with them
without any discrimination.
