ABSTRACT: The facilities of the plant visited in the Seine are divided into three zones,
separated by walls with spaces that allow free communication between zones, using a
plant as a tool to know processes, our knowledge in machinery is extended, process
stages , Containers, and so on. This allows us to get involved and look forward to how to
manage and work in a company. We plan to do an analysis and research on what we can
do to manufacture a good quality product that meets the requirements that must be
fulfilled, that is why we elaborate a work based on quality, packaging, procedures and NTC
for a processed food. In this sense, the fruit, dairy and meat preservation is pursued with
the goal of looking at the critical points of the plant and inconsistencies to solve and avoid
problems in the realization of these products.
