When we combine 2 or more PDF files and the files have common named controls, those controls get viped out from the 2nd fi

We need to flatten the controls programmatically before we combine the files so that the it does not have any controls and in r
conflicting names of the controls and the combined file will not loose the content.
Function name we need to work on is: MergeDocs on CompressingForms under webservice project.
