Terms
By accepting and agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Online Payment Plan, I agree to purchase
from The Dollywood Company(Dollywood) the number of season pass(es) for the Total Payment Amount
stated above (season passes) for the 2016 - 2017 season, beginning October 31 st,2016 and ending on
January 1st, 2018. I authorize Dollywood to charge my credit card as set out or described on the Check Out
page above, or any valid replacement card I supply in the future (credit card), for the Initial Payment
amount and all remaining monthly payments. I further authorize and agree to the payment of the processing
fee set out above; the fee added to the initial payment amount to cover administration costs and processing
of the application and the program. The initial payment amount shall be charged to my credit card today.
Each remaining monthly payment amount shall be charged to my credit card every 30 days there after for
each of the next five (5) succeeding months. The initial payment and all remaining monthly payments are
non-refundable. Payments will be made in accordance with my Credit Card Issuer Agreement. I may pay off
the full amount due for the remaining monthly payments in its entirety, at any time, without penalty. Partial
payments of each monthly charge are not permitted. My season pass provides me with revocable privileges
which may be changed or cancelled by Dollywood at any time without notice. My season pass may be
revoked for any reason including but not limited to- if I or anyone for whom I have purchased a season pass,
under this agreement, uses the season pass for commercial purposes, or engages in activity which Dollywood,
at its sole discretion, deems improper or for any non-payment of monthly payments.
I acknowledge that, if the initial payment amount or any remaining monthly payments by Credit Card is not
completed and fully paid (or is reversed or rescinded) at any time during the initial and five (5) month
payment period of the Online Payment Plan or the payment amount is not paid in full when due, season
passes will be suspended or revoked, and all season passes on the contract will be refused admission
to Dollywood until/unless the balance is paid in full.
If funds available through my credit card account are not sufficient to cover any payment when due, I am
responsible for providing Dollywood access to another credit card account or to pay the full amount due.
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. PURCHASES MAY NOT BE CANCELLED OR RESCINDED; NO REFUNDS
WILL BE ISSUED. IF THE SEASON PASS IS UNUSED, YOU MAY CANCEL FUTURE PAYMENT NOT YET
MADE BUT YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE A REFUND ON ANY PAYMENTS MADE.
I agree that Dollywood may contact me via phone, text message, email or postal mail to let me know about
my account, any changes or additions to these terms, offers and events. I acknowledge I have agreed to
delivery and acknowledge receipt of Dollywoods Privacy Policy by electronic delivery through access to
www.dollywood.com. I acknowledge and agree that Dollywood may provide information about me to its
affiliates. Purchase limit of eight (8) Passes per credit card number. This agreement is governed by the laws
of the State of Tennessee.
By accepting the terms and conditions of the Online Payment Plan set forth in these materials, I represent I
am at least 18 years of age; have the authority to authorize charges on the Credit Card issued in my name as
described in this agreement and I consent to the use of my personal identification information for my Online
Payment Plan Account. I further acknowledge that I have read and understand these terms and conditions
and agree to be bound by this agreement and the terms referred to herein.
The guest may cancel the purchase within three days of purchase unless the passes have been used. To
cancel the purchase, the guest may send an email to guestservices@dollywood.com or by written notice
postmarked within three days of purchase addressed to:
