I. AIMS:

This lesson aims to help Ss to:

Knowledge: have general knowledge about the preparations for the Asian Games;
Language: learn some new words relating to the topic;
Skills: practice writing skills as well as improve speaking skills through discussion activity
in the post-writing part.

II. OBJECTIVES:

At the end of the lesson, Ss will be able to:

Know more about the preparations for the Asian Games;

Acquire some vocabulary about the preparations for the Asian Games;
Develop reading skills for guessing meaning in context and scanning for specific
information;
Enhance speaking skills via the post-writing activitiy.
