CONTRACT OF SERVICE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement executed this 15th day of November 2016 at Puerto Princesa City, by and
between:
MS. SONIA MENDOZA, Filipino, of legal age, Chairman of Mother Earth Foundation
with office address at C. Salvador, Lungsod Quezon, Kalakhang Maynila, Philippines (hereinafter
referred to as FIRST PARTY).
-and-
PALAWAN COUNCIL FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT STAFF (PCSDS),
represented by EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR NELSON P. DEVANADERA with office address at
Sports Complex Road, Sta. Monica Heights, Puerto Princesa City, (hereinafter referred to as
SECOND PARTY).

-WITNESSETH THAT-
A. Engagement
1. The First Party, to the best of her ability, shall present the following session at the
Palawan Environmental Summit to be held at the VJR Hall, Provincial Capitol, Puerto Princesa
City on November 17 to 18, 2016.
Topic: Presentations on other Programs/Projects: Zero Waste Management
Date and Time: November 17, 2016 at 1:00pm
B. Term of Agreement
1. This Agreement shall continue in effect until:
A. Cancelled by either party as set forth in this Agreement; or
B. Completion of the session presentation(s) by Speaker provided, however, that in the
event of cancellation pursuant to this Agreement, or upon death, disability, or other incapacity
resulting in the inability of Speaker to present the session(s) required (cancellation), this
Agreement may be terminated and all consideration due shall cease as of the date of cancellation.
C. Payment
A per diem amounting to five thousand pesos (Php 5,000.00) shall be given to the First
Party as her compensation for rendering services stated above.
D. Failure to Perform
In the event of failure or refusal of First Party to perform her obligations under this
Agreement (other than failure to perform for reasons beyond Speakers control), all costs, charges
and expenses Second Party incurs shall be part of the damages to be paid by First Party to Second
Party as a result of such failure or refusal to perform the same.
 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this __________ day of
November 2016 at Puerto Princesa City.
