1. Responsible for food arrangements.

2. Welcoming the guests and participants
3. Responsible for felicitation and overall hospitality of all guests and
participants.
4. Responsible for food distribution.

Registration, Stationery & Promotions.

1. Responsible for arranging the stationary kit
2. Responsible for registration of different students and its allied activities.
3. Completely responsible for making 1 minute videos and allied promotion
activities.
4. Should take care that every student is digitally registered and welcomed.
5. Liking Of leadership Training Service Page and sending friend request to
father John Rogers.
6. Updating status and check-in.
7. Preparation of different sample status (atleast 50)

Ice breaking & Foundation Day Celebration

1. Forming the ice breaking game.
2. Conducting the ice breaking session
3. Arranging the details of the game. Sending the requirement list.
4. Making sure all is done properly related their activities.

Cleanliness/Decoration and Discipline.

1. Making sure the place allotted for Teen Ductus is clean throughout the event
and after the event.
2. Decoration is done; Backdrops are made ready and put up.
3. Discipline is kept in utmost control in strict hands.
4. All preparations regarding to presentation of the event interior should be
done by them

Leadership Conclave
1. Design the event particulars
2. Responsible for research on different career fields and its respective details.
3. Practice with father and speak thoroughly on their career options.

Pro/Media& Photography
1. Responsible for taking appropriate and regular photographs of different
activities and making sure at least one person taking photographs of the
whole event.
2. Coordinate with Promotion team to make one media videos and images to all
social media.
