Data Collection Summary Part I
1. What is the topic and what do you hope to discover/confirm?
Within mechanical engineering, I am researching the design of quadcopters. I am specifically
designing a basic quadcopter with the intent of creating a foundation for others to build upon
without having to redo the parts I did.
2. What vetted surveys are you using? How are you using them? Include citations
None, I am not doing a survey. My data collection will be the various versions of my designing
within Solidworks. I am currently tracking the designs by date so a viewer can see the
progression of design and revision.
3. Who is the intended audience? How many responses do you intend to collect?
Not applicable for a survey. I will ask at least two engineers to look over my design and edit.
