SWOT Weakness of Chinese competitors are catching up should be
removed
- Ch 5: Best-cost provider competitive strategy for business unit, for
example smartphones
- Ch 7: International Strategies there is no international strategy
(transnational/multidomestic/global)
- Ch 8: Strategic Fit Analysis cross-business is not the strategic and resource
fit, it should be integration or else.
- Make ANALYSIS AND CONCLUSION, for example to see the industry
attractiveness has to be analyzed then conclude whether the industry is
attractive or not

- KSF is for industry
- CSF is for the company
- PESTEL analysis is tightly related to Threat and Opportunity in SWOT analysis
- VRIO is based on the Strength in SWOT analysis
- Nine Cell Matrix Business Unit
- Corporate culture is shared values (have to be the same with core values)
- Strategic map use competitive position not global market share
- CSF is based on KSF
