    1. The balance sheets (qq 20 March 2015 as well as its profit and loss statement along with description notes which are prepared and. confirmed by the management were audited by me. The management is responsible for financial statements and the auditor is only responsible for reporting and commenting on'the said financial statements based on his audits. 2, These audits have been taken place in compliance with the standards of auditing which require the auditor to plan and perform his audits in such a manner that he can make sure of non-existence of any mistake ‘or misstatement in the financial statements.
