School of Business, IUB has successfully organized Internship Workshop for the

summer semester, 2017. The workshop has been conducted in four different
modules; Self-Assessment, Resume Writing, Explore Your Organizations, and
Interview Skills. Focus of the workshop was to provide the essential guidelines on
future career plan, skill requirement, present employment trends, job search, youth
employment, and other basic skills. Senior executives from different renowned
corporates; such as, Lanka Bangla Finance Limited, Green Delta Insurance Company
Ltd., IDLC Finance Limited, Mercantile Bank Limited (MBL), MIDAS Financing Limited,
Mutual Trust Bank Limited (MTBL), Premier Bank Limited, ACI, Eastern Bank Limited,
and United Commercial Bank Limited (UCBL) participated in the event.
Mrs. Asma Banu, Internship Coordinator, School of Business of IUB conducted the
sessions and discussed the importance of tools and techniques should be followed
to be successful in professional level as well as personal life. Mohammad
Ashaduzzaman, BBA program officer, facilitated the program. The session was
concluded with a vote of thanks on behalf of the Dean, School of Business.
