WorldVentures Marketing LLC of 5100 Tennyson Pkwy, Plano, Texas 75024 (referred to in the Agreement as WorldVentures) is the promoter of this trading scheme in Cyprus. The products and services which
are supplied under this scheme are travel club membership and such other related products or services as WorldVentures may market from time to time. Sales of these products/services are made by
WorldVentures Representatives, who participate in the scheme as order-takers.

I hereby apply to become a WorldVentures Representative. I confirm that the information given above is correct and that I am of legal age to enter into this Agreement. My signature certifies that I have read the
Terms and Conditions overleaf, the Compensation Plan and the Policies and Procedures (the Agreement) before signing this application form and that I understand that there is no requirement beyond the
receipt and acceptance by WorldVentures of the application form and the purchase of the Representative Business System to become a WorldVentures Representative, and that any purchases of services,
product inventory, sales aids, literature, etc. are strictly voluntary. I agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the Agreement including the current Cyprus Policies and Procedures and the Compensation Plan
and any other documents issued by WorldVentures from time to time, and each such document as amended from time to time by WorldVentures. I also understand that if I choose to sponsor others to participate
in the WorldVentures business opportunity, I will not receive any compensation whatsoever for the act of sponsoring or recruiting, and that I will be compensated based upon the activities of other Representatives
only to the extent of orders taken and services supplied to end customers.

I agree that WorldVentures may retain and process the personal information given by me to World Ventures for purposes including the marketing, commissions payable and performance of the WorldVentures
business. WorldVentures may record this information manually and/or electronically and will be the data controller of this information. WorldVentures may disclose and transfer such personal information to other
affiliates and associates of the WorldVentures group of companies which are situated inside or outside of the EEA and to other persons for the purposes of WorldVentures business including other WorldVentures
Representatives. These persons may be situated in countries that do not have laws to protect personal information. Details of the companies and countries involved will be provided on request.

 Representative Terms and Conditions
By clicking I AGREE and by completing the online Representative Application I
agree to be bound by the terms of the WorldVentures Representative Agreement
(as defined below).
1. I understand that as a WorldVentures Representative: a. I have the non-
exclusive right to offer for sale WorldVentures products and services in accordance
with these Terms and Conditions; b. I have the non-exclusive right to enroll
persons in WorldVentures and to promote the WorldVentures business opportunity
in Cyprus; and c. I will train and motivate the Representatives in my downline
marketing organisation. The only purchase necessary to become a Representative
is the Representative Business System (RBS). With the exception of the RBS I
hereby acknowledge that the purchase of any products, services, promotional or
sales aid literature, or attendance at any WorldVentures sponsored business
opportunity training is entirely optional. I understand that WorldVentures
Representatives are not guaranteed any specific amount of earnings and that any
earnings and success will depend upon the sale of WorldVentures products, the
acquisition of customers for WorldVentures services and the acquisition of
customers by other WorldVentures Representatives in my sales organisation.
2. I agree to present the WorldVentures Compensation Plan and WorldVentures
products and services only as set forth in official WorldVentures literature.
3. I will not use WorldVentures, or WorldVentures trade marks, trade name, slogans,
symbols, and colour scheme without WorldVentures written permission except in the
marketing materials and promotional materials provided or sold to me by WorldVentures.
4. If I sponsor other Representatives, I understand and agree that I must use my best
efforts to provide, on an on-going basis, bona fide support and training of sponsored
Representatives and their team, which shall mean such activities as ongoing contact,
communication, encouragement and support of his/her organisation including, but not
limited to, providing information and training to sponsored Representatives in connection
with the legislative and regulatory requirements to be complied with in Cyprus.
5. I agree that as a WorldVentures Representative I am an independent contractor, and
not an employee, partner, legal representative, or franchisee of WorldVentures. I am not
authorised to and will not incur any debt, expense,obligation, or open any bank account
on behalf of, for, or in the name of WorldVentures. I agree that I will be solely responsible
for paying all expenses incurred by myself, including but not limited to travel, food,
lodging, secretarial, office, telephone and other expenses. WorldVentures is not
responsible for withholding, and shall not withhold or deduct from my bonuses
and commissions (if any), social security, or taxes of any kind. I understand that I am
responsible for the filing of all necessary tax returns and paying all applicable taxes due
in relation to my WorldVentures business. Further, as an independent contractor agree
to: (a) abide by any and all laws, rules and regulations, pertaining to the Agreement (and
in particular the Law on the Unfair Commercial Practices from Businesses to Consumers
2007) and/or pertaining to the promotion of WorldVentures products and/or services; and
(b) at my expense, make, execute or file, all reports and obtain all licences (including if
applicable, VAT registration) as are required by law or public authority with respect to the
Agreement, the sale of WorldVentures products and/or services and/or the promotion of
the WorldVentures business opportunity.
6. I have carefully read and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the
WorldVentures Policies and Procedures, the WorldVentures Compensation Plan
and the WorldVentures Business Entity Registration Form (if applicable), each of
which are provided by WorldVentures on its website and are incorporated into and
made a part of the Representative Agreement (these three documents along with
the on line application form shall be collectively referred to as the Agreement). I
understand that I must be in good standing, and not in violation of the Agreement,
to be eligible for bonuses or commissions from WorldVentures. I understand that
the Agreement may be amended at the sole discretion of WorldVentures, and I
agree that any such amendment will apply to me. Notification of amendments shall
be published in official WorldVentures materials. Amendments shall become
effective upon notice to all Representatives. The continuation of my WorldVentures
business or my acceptance of bonuses or commissions shall constitute my
acceptance of an and all amendments. I acknowledge that all post sale customer
service support may be rendered in English by WorldVentures or its affiliates.
7. The term of this Agreement is one (1) year from the date of its acceptance by
WorldVentures. The Agreement shall thereafter automatically renew for successive one
(1) year terms unless either I or WorldVentures provides the other party with at least
thirty (30) days written notice of non-renewal. If either I or WorldVentures elects not to
renew the Agreement, or if it is terminated for any reason, I understand that I will
permanently lose all rights as a Representative. Post termination I shall not be eligible to
sell WorldVentures products and services, nor shall I be eligible to receive commissions,
bonuses, or other income resulting from the activities of my former downline sales
organisation. In the event of termination or non-renewal,
I waive all rights I have, including, but not limited to, property rights, to my former
downline organisation and to any bonuses, commissions or other remuneration
derived through the sales and other activities of my former downline organisation.
WorldVentures reserves the right to terminate all Representative Agreements upon
thirty (30) days notice if the Company elects to: (1) cease business operations; (2)
dissolve as a business entity; or (3) terminate distribution of its products and/or
services via direct selling channels.
8. The Agreement may be terminated by me as a Representative without penalty
and with or without cause or reason at any time upon not less than fourteen (14)
days written notice or by WorldVentures at its sole discretion by seven (7) days
notice in writing effective immediately for any breach of its provisions or violation of
any of the terms of the Agreement or by thirty (30) days notice in writing without
cause or reason, the procedure for such termination to be in accordance with the
provisions set out in the Policies and Procedures.
9. Except where the obligation on me as a Representative is specified to apply after

termination of the Agreement in respect of non-competition, non-solicitation and
confidentiality in accordance with the Agreement, I understand that I will be
released from all future contractual liabilities towards WorldVentures on
termination of the Agreement at any time.
10. I understand that I have the right within a period of fourteen (14) days of entering into
the Agreement, to cancel the Agreement, without penalty, by written notice of
termination and (i) to recover all monies paid to or for the benefit of WorldVentures, (ii) to
return any goods purchased within that period and which remain unsold provided that
such unsold goods are in the condition in which they were in at the time of purchase
(whether or not their external wrappings have been broken), and to require
WorldVentures to refund an amount equal to one hundred per cent (100%) of any
monies paid and (iii) to cancel any services ordered within that period and to recover any
monies paid in respect of such services not yet supplied to me.
11. I understand and agree that bonuses or commissions paid to me on goods returned
by, or services refunded to Representatives in my sales organisation, shall be repayable
by me and may be deducted from my account with WorldVentures at any time where a
Representatives in my sales organization terminates his/her Representative Agreement,
or it is terminated by WorldVentures.
12. I agree that payments of refunds will be made in the same form as the original
payment and in accordance with WorldVentures termination procedurein force
from time to time.
13. I may not assign or otherwise transfer any rights or delegate my duties under
the Agreement without the prior written consent of WorldVentures. Any attemptto
transfer or assign the Agreement without the express written consent of
WorldVentures renders the Agreement voidable at the option of WorldVentures
and may result in termination of the Agreement.
14. I understand that if I fail to comply with the terms of the Agreement, WorldVentures
may, at its discretion, impose upon me enforcement actions in accordance with the
Policies and Procedures. If I am in breach, default or violation of the Agreement at
termination, I shall not be entitled to receive any further bonuses or commissions,
whether or not the sales for such bonuses or commissions have been completed.
15. WorldVentures, its parent or associated companies, directors, officers, shareholders,
employees, assigns, and agents (collectively referred to as Affiliates), shall not be liable
for, and I release WorldVentures and its Affiliates from, all claims for loss of actual or
anticipated profits, interest, revenue, anticipated savings or business goodwill, incidental,
direct, special or consequential or exemplary loss or damages or any other loss incurred.
I further agree to release WorldVentures
and its Affiliates from all liability arising from or relating to the promotion or
operation of my WorldVentures business and any activities related to it (e.g. the
presentation of WorldVentures products or Compensation Plan, the operation of a
motor vehicle, the lease of meeting or training facilities, etc.), and agree to
indemnify WorldVentures for any liability, damages, fines, penalties or other
awards including legal fees or court costs arising from any unauthorised conduct
that I undertake in operating my WorldVentures business.
16. The application form, these terms and conditions, the Policies and Procedures,
the Compensation Plan and the WorldVentures Business Entity Registration Form
(if applicable) in their current forms and as amended by WorldVentures at its
discretion, constitute the entire contract between WorldVentures and myself. Any
promises, representations, offers and other communications not expressly set forth
in the Agreement shall have no force or effect.
17. Any waiver by WorldVentures of any breach of the Agreement must be in writing and
signed by an authorised officer of WorldVentures. Waiver by WorldVentures of any
breach of the Agreement by me shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of any
subsequent breach. No failure to exercise, and no delay in exercising on the part of
WorldVentures any right under the Agreement, shall operate as a waiver thereof.
18. If any term or provision of the Agreement is at any time held to be illegal,
invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such provision shall to that extent be
deemed not to form part of the Agreement but the enforceability of the remainder
of the Agreement shall not be affected.
19. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus
and the parties hereby submit to the non- exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
20. I authorise WorldVentures to use my name, photograph, personal story and/or
likeness in advertising/promotional materials and waive all claims for remuneration
for such use.
21. I understand that participation in WorldVentures does NOT guarantee or assure any
profits or success. I certify that no such representations of income or success have been
made to me by WorldVentures or any Independent Representative.
22. By completing and submitting the application to become a WorldVentures
Representative, I specifically authorise WorldVentures, to communicate with me by
electronic mail at the email address I have entered on the application form. I understand
that such emails may include offers and solicitations for the sale and purchase of
WorldVentures products, sales aids, and services. I agree that WorldVentures may
retain and process the personal information given by me to WorldVentures for purposes
including the marketing commissions payable and performance of the WorldVentures
business. WorldVentures may record this information manually and/or electronically and
will be the data controller of this information. WorldVentures may disclose and transfer
such personal information to other members of the WorldVentures group of companies
and its Affiliates and Representatives which are situated inside and outside of the
European Union and to other persons for the purposes of WorldVentures business.
23. A faxed copy of the Agreement shall be treated as an original in all respects.
24. Any notice or other written communication given under or in connection with the
Agreement may be delivered personally or sent by first class post to WorldVentures at
the address shown on the Representative Application andAgreement Form, or such
other address notified from time to time by such party to the other.
