This pilot valve system is designed for those

applications where high performance, high
reliability and long life are specified.
All solenoid valves of this system are designed
d for
use with compressed air and consist of an
encapsuled coil assembled on a valve with brassss
tube and plastic body.

All the 22mm and 30mm pilot valves feature:

Coil:
heat resistant bobbin moulded with 30% glass filled thermoplastic polyester material
terial
class H wire 200C according to IEC 60317-13
built-in magnetic yoke made by low carbon iron
encapsulation with high quality specially designed glass filled polyamide (PA 6.6)

Valve:
brass guiding tube
plunger and core made by a magnetic stainless steel specially designed for solenoid applications
polyester valve body

The pilot valve is designed for more than 50x106 cycles.

The valve is normally equipped with NBR seals and bistable manual override, and it can be delivered with
screws for its assembling on the main valve units.

The coil is designed and manufactured according to EN 60204.1 and VDE 0580 and it's suitable for
industrial ambient conditions.
For use in different ambient with high humidity, take contact with Amisco.

All the materials used are UL-LISTED.

The coil is also in conformity with 94/9/EC ATEX for electrical apparatus of group II, category 3.
