Executive Summary
Purpose of the demo is to highlight Core HR from a managers point-of-view, highlighting the ease of use and global nature of the solution. Customer
should take away an engaging solution that is collaborative.
Spotlight: Global HR - Watch a video delivered by Nancy Zoder, Director of HCM Product Strategy, which spotlights top level messages and product
themes of Oracle Global Human Resources.
Thank you for having me today to show and describe the global features of Oracle HCM Cloud. Just to reiterate some of the principles of Oracle HCM
Cloud, the system was designed with the partnership of our over 14,000 HCM customers and partners so every facet of the system has been validated by
real customers like yourselves with the overarching goal of delivering a modern HCM platform for you. To achieve this modern HCM platform there are
some keys to success that we have identified and they are primarily adoption and limiting change management where possible. As we have discussed,
with Oracle HCM Cloud, there are 4 major roles in any organization that are impacted by modern systems:
The Executive
The Employee
The Line Manager
The HR Professional
In todays demonstration of Core HR we will focus on the manager. (Employee and HR Professional flows are in separate scripts that can be demoed
immediately following this script, if needed in your demo situation). This is not to say that Executives arent keenly aware and concerned with global HCM
issues but Oracle HCM Cloud enables Executives to work in mobile platforms and email for necessary reporting/analytics as well as workflow approvals,
specifically to limit change management.
